I have a bunch of big girls clothes, some name brand, some not and a bunch of baby boy clothes and baby snow suits. My dh dabbels in ebay and several years ago, I worked ebay for a couple of hours a day, cleaning out our old house. We paid the down payment for our current house primarily from that. But I have not done anything on ebay in more than 4 years. Is it worth my time to learn and post these clothes. I also have some good maternity clothes. I have a full time job so I cannot devote hrs and hrs to it and I have never attempted to sell clothes so I am not sure how well it sells. We are kind of low on cash right now, so I am just thinking about trying to sell it rather than donating it to goodwill.

Input into my rambeling please!!!!

I would say go for it! It really doesn't take up too much of my time and with Christmas around the corner extra money is always nice! Plus you get extra room in your houses since you are getting rid of some stuff. I think its worth my time.

When I was pregnant with DD #1 I just sold on ebay, and made about $150 a week. I also did it after she was born. I am now in the same boat... I have a TON to sell, but I am in school and working too much to really devote time. What I have decided to do is post 4 listing at a time, so I dont get confused or bogged down. It is working so far

I do the same thing, since I am working right now, i post a few things every saturday night, I would love to get a bunch done (and out of my house) at one time, but I don't have time. It has been worth it for me. I take the money I make and either buy mor eclothes or put it in their college funds

You could also do lots of boys or girls clothes. List all the sames sizes and seasons together. That way it will cut down on how much you have to list and time spent. But, you will still make a buck. Gook luck in whatever you decide...

I've only been doing a few listings at a time too. I need to actually space them out more, cuz all mine ended within a few days of each other and I had to pack them ALL at the same time. It took me a whole day!

I tried the ebay thing but here lately after fees and shipping and all that jazz it wasn't worth it. I think I'll try craigslist or just barter on here now. Maybe a yardsale.

I was going to try as sort of a hobby!! Today is my day off, so I was going to sort through things and play around with ebay. BUT, I had to drive to dh work (90 miles) and take him a spare hearing aide because his quit working and then I thought I might as well stop at the grocery store since I was out, and I need to pay some bills and do some cleaning and I have to bake for a pot luck tomorrow. So, I suppose my ebay dabbeling will be put off. But I figured if I treat it as a hobby, I can clean my house out,and make a little Christmas money at thethe same time!!!
