There is a form that you can fill out and then send it to the buyer to approve. It REMOVES the feedback, which in the long run may be worse!

I have left neutral and there is no possible way to do it without knowing. It asks "are you sure" and explains what it means before you can leave it.
Very odd situation.

I just started selling again on ebay and realised that one of my old customers left me my only neg feedback and I am very angry. He bought xbox games from me, but due to a mistake on my end they ended up not getting shipped so I immediately with his consent refunded all his money back. Well then he emailed me asking if he could have the games anyway, for free and I declined. So he left me negative feedback. Grrr

I would leave a response to the neutral. I think she can leave another reponse to yours also, but I'm not sure. DH left someone a neutral (he should have left neg, but he was being nice) and the person responded quite nasty and DH then was able to respond to his response (If I remeber correctly).

I checked our feedback and didn't see a reponse to his response, but I remeber helping him clarify the situation in writing. Maybe that was a response to his feedback for us. Didn't check that one!
