I recently made a purchase and it was a smooth transaction but today I noticed the lady gave me Neutral feedback, though it said Great E-bayer! Anyway I contacted her and asked why she gave me Neutral feedback. She responded by saying "I am so sorry I must have accidentally typed the wrong feedback. Do you know how I can correct this? Please let me know. Thanks"
So can she correct this??

I only have 21 in feedback and I really would like all positive if possible.

I don't think so...SHE would have to go in and see if she can retract it..but I am pretty sure you can't unless there is a drastic mistake. BTW, it gives you a "warning" when you leave neutral or negative...so that is odd that she did that!!

They can't change it to my knowledge. I know if you leave negative or neutral, like Jennifer said, they warn you at least twice. (I had to do that once.)

So she was warned before she left the neutral feedback twice, and now she is saying it was accidental?

I know you have a warning with neg. I have never left neutral. I guess they give you a warning on that too...

Well I can hope the one neutral will not affect me, it does say Great E-bayer! which sounds positive to me.

It doesn't effect your number...and honestly, I ALWAYS read what the feedback says...ALWAYS...so I wouldn't worry about it. I have two NEGATIVES...one of which was totally dh's fault, and the other, I found totally undeserved. The lady gave it to me before the post office had a chance to deliver the package! Also, I have had one neutral...for someone who said the transaction hadn't been completed...when it HAD BEEN!! She said it was her mistake..but ebay wouldn't change it. What you CAN do, though, I am pretty sure, is go in and leave a response to her feedback. That is what I did. You just say that the lady hit neutral by mistake..it will explain to anyone with a question! HTH!

I've never left a neutral, I'm not sure if it will tell you ahead of time "ARE YOU SURE you want to leave that feedback?" I know they do it with a negative.

She can't change the feedback, but she can either ADD to it, saying 'this was an accident, very positive' something like that, OR you might be able to contack ebay and see if you can get it withdrawn? See if there is any info on ebay's feedback page about it.

I've never left a neutral so not sure if there is a warning, she can add to it by saying the neutral was an accident and should be a positive
