My DH bought a McDonald's toy for 99 cents for DD. The seller has a 100% positive rating score, and has sold thousands of items.

He sounds like an A$& when you read his "rules", which may or may not fly with e-Bay or PayPal. Anyway, I have politely requested via email two times, asking if it was sent out and when. No response.

The auction ended Sept. 10th. So it's been 2 weeks, for a 99 cent toy, which I don't care if we get anymore junk in the house, but he wound up charging $6 priority mail for this.

I know I can report not receiving to e-Bay, but should I do something else first? I mean, maybe he is ill or out of town, or something has happened. I think my DD has forgot about it, but for someone that has a positive rating he has ticked me off...

Any suggestions?

Give him one more email. State in the email that this is your 3rd request for information. Also give him a date that if he does not respond by, you will report it to ebay. I would be ticked off too!

I would also be concerned about the shipping charge. Did it go up from when you originally bid? Ebay is cracking down on excessive shipping charges.

Priority postage is always high, I hate priority shipping. I would go ahead and email one last time and then report him, but you'll be out the dinereo because paypal only guaratees returned money on items over 20.00. Learned the hard way when I bought 2 games and paid separately within the same week and the seller went out of biz with over 10,000 sales amd a 99% positive feedback. I lost about 37.00 on that fiasco. Now I email the sellers first ansd see if I get a response before I pay.
