No, it's not ok to take another listings pictures, alot of sellers put images over their images so you can't do this.

Now you can use a stock pic of an item but buyers want to see the exact one you are selling so they can gauge condition, they don't really want to see a stock pic.

Its absolutly not okay. When I was an avid seller, I worked VERY hard on my listings, making templates, taking pics, editing them, writing up descriptions. I would be LIVID if I did all that work and someone copied me with no work involved. You could and probably would be reported to ebay as it also a violation of thier rules and be suspended as a seller.

I'm not even sure you can use stock pics anymore either. There was a huge crackdown a while back, remember? When everyone was using GH pics instead of thier own pics, it was a huge mess when 100's of people got thier listings cancelled because of it.

A stock pic is the public pic that the company puts out of the item.

GH is Gymbohaven, they collect all the pics of items and put them altogether on a site to identify lines for ebay sellers. The pics are owned by Gymboree, so they are NOT to be used to sell items on ebay. If you use them, ebay will shut down your listing.
