How long do you wait until you contact the seller about an item not being received. I ordered something last Tuesday. They said they would ship it out next day and it should arrive in 2-3 days. I still haven't got it and since this is only the third time I've ever bought anything, I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be great. Thanks, Brandi

Did they provide a tracking number? I would email them probably Thursday if I hadn't heard anything by then. I hate waiting until Friday because sometimes people are gone or whatever and then you have to wait til the following Monday.

I would just email them quickly and make sure they sent it out when they say they did. Be polite and LTK you are just checking with them and double checking it didn't get lost or you missed the delivery. And yes ask for a tracking # if they have one. If they shipped with Paypal, they should have one.

Thanks! They did not provide a tracking #. And I just checked my ebay and didn't see one either. I guess I will email and ask when it was shipped. Thanks again.
