I am sorry that you got your first negative. I remember how angry I was after I received my first (and so far, my only) negative. Please understand that one negative will not deter 99.9% of bidders. People who have been on eBay for a while know that everyone will get a negative sometimes - it's just a matter of when!
It doesn't seem fair that one person (whom you will never meet) can ruin your day. I'm sorry this happened to you.

I absolutely agree. She definitely should have contacted you first. I would have to reply to that one...sayig that you had been sure it was a 0-3...and that the buyer didn't give you a chance to fix it!

I can't believe she didn't email you. I only had one problem on ebay and I emailed her right away and she took care of it. I ended up leaving positive

You're right. I would have contacted the seller first. By the way, are you sure you really want to fux it, when you already fux'd it up? (look at your first post) thought it was good for a giggle.

That is so wrong. I would email the person and explain to them, that usually, if you are not happy with a purchase, its is customary to let the seller know FIRST so they can make it right. Explain you would have made it right given the chance.

You can also respond to the negative. Say someting like, Buyer unhappy, but never emailed me for refund or something to that effect, just so that future buyers know you are willing to work with them.
