bad experience w/ google checkout

I ordered a printer from ritzcamera.com on Dec. 1. It never shipped. Over 2 weeks later I cancelled it through both google and ritz. Neither one responded to me. I got on the phone with ritz camera and they cancelled the order. The next day, google emails me and says that my card was charged and the order was shipped.  So I called ritz again and they said, no, the order was cancelled and the printer was never shipped. I"ve emailed google twice now asking for my credit card to be credited for the amount charged, but I've gotten no reply and they don't have a phone number, which is enough to make me nuts.
I will never use them again. If I don't hear back in a couple days, I'll have to contact my credit card company and see if they can help me out at all.-worried-
