I used it when I ordered from Toys R Us. I was a bit nervous because they sent me an email confirming the order of $77 - $6.54 for shipping. But when I checked on Toys R Us website, the order wasn't there. I only ordered two items and they shipped them seperately. One item, when I got the confirming email said shipping was $29 The other no shipping was charged. But, when my cc was actually charged, it was only $77. And now the order shows up on Toys R Us.. For a while though, I couldn't find the order on either website--Google or Toys R Us.

I guess the $10 off was worth all the worry....

I used the Googlecheckout for the Heeley's deal from SportsAuthority. I checked the order and it only said the item was "Located and in stock." I ordered them on the 16th thinking they would get here just in time, but they have not even thought about shipping them yet. Grrrr. Deffinately not woth the $10 off.

Update: I did get my DVD order on time (2 day shipping). Good luck had at this house

I ordered a printer from ritzcamera.com on Dec. 1. It never shipped. Over 2 weeks later I cancelled it through both google and ritz. Neither one responded to me. I got on the phone with ritz camera and they cancelled the order. The next day, google emails me and says that my card was charged and the order was shipped. So I called ritz again and they said, no, the order was cancelled and the printer was never shipped. I"ve emailed google twice now asking for my credit card to be credited for the amount charged, but I've gotten no reply and they don't have a phone number, which is enough to make me nuts.

I will never use them again. If I don't hear back in a couple days, I'll have to contact my credit card company and see if they can help me out at all.-worried-

I ordered from Toys R Us 3 times for X-mas presents and went through Google Checkout all 3 times. I received my items within 3 days of ordering. I never had any problems and was very pleased and saved $30 and got free shipping!

I just wanted to add that I've also had trouble with google checkout and toys r us. I agree, in previous dealings with toys r us I have had no trouble. However, I have called every week for 3 weeks in a row, and toys r us have NO record of my order, even though I received an email from google on 9 december saying my order had been sent to toys r us and was being processed. That is almost a month ago now (and yes, it was my daughter's christmas present that she never received). There is no way of contacting google (toys r us say they have put in a request for information, but each week I try to call again and they can't give me any information). I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I order over the internet ALL the time and this is the single most FRUSTRATING thing that has ever happened. I would definitely NOT recommend google checkout at this point....especially in relation to toys r us. I would have far preferred to spend the $10 extra to get the product I ordered on time.
