Good morning! I too got the same info that you got. There is a link that says "Swiss Army Pocket Knife" that I clicked on which brings up like 10 pages of different knives, but they were not the $2.99 price either. So, I guess whatever you missed, I did too. Have a great day and Merry Christmas!

I was actually on their site earlier, watching the threads on this. It's sold out at that price. They designated so many for their vote a deal thing. Some people they offered it to, who voted, didn't take it, so they offered a very limited amount to the public. It is sold out, unless you want to pay more. They are actually creating a lot of unhappy people with the way they're doing this program, on top of outsourcing their calls to the Phillippines and India. People are commenting on and off their site.

Well after a bit, using the public library, I saw all your good comments and am sorry to say I too missed getting one of those Swiss knives for my husband to misplace or have to leave in a federal building or wherever he goes that he leaves them! Merry Christmas!!!

Sorry! Amazon is notorious for changing their pricing. If you find a good deal, you have to jump on it right away!

they did the same thing with the rock tumbler - it was just posted and i went to put it in my cart and it now says 30 .xx instead of 9.99
