After finding the sheets on a bigger sale this morning that I bought last night, I emailed Amazon. They refunded $19 right away! Then I went through my last 30 days of orders and checked all the current prices. Guess what!!! I found $52 worth of refunds and sent them another email. I will check in a couple hours to see if they have taken care of it yet. Just thought I'd let you know that it may be worth the time for you to do this, too.

I opened 2 window....one on my account order summary and one to amazon.com. I copied and pasted from my order summary to the amazon window to search them faster to find the current prices.

I hope this helps someone else who has ordered from them in the last 30 days!!

Did that work for third party products. Like Fossil & Target sell items through Amazon. I bought a watch from fossil, only (15 min later!) a different watch seller (not fossil or amazon, just some vendor that sold through amazon) put the watch on sale $15 off....

Does that make sense? Would Amazon refund the difference? Or do they have to be sold from / shiped from amazon themselves....

To be honest, I don't know. I submitted everything figuring it was worth a try. I'll let you know what happens with mine because I have a couple items that were through other sellers.

So far, including the $19 this morning, I have gotten confirmation on $49 refund. I'm still waiting on one more product that would be $10 or more. WooHoo!!! I'm going to keep a watch on my products for the next 30 days. Goodness knows how much I may end up getting refunded.

The one item that I'm still waiting to hear about was a separate seller through Amazon, so that one may not come. I'll let you know, Grey.

Can you please tell me the email address that you used and maybe how you worded the email, to get such a great response.

Thanks

Amy

I went to the help tab at the top of the amazon page, scrolled down the page and on the right side there is a list....pricing, returns, etc....at the bottom of that section there is a "more" tab that I clicked. Then I found a "Contact us" tab on the left side of the page about 1/2 way down. I simply said that I "ordered these items recently, but now they are available for a reduced amount and I was wondering if I might be able to receive a refund for the difference."

I received another $5 yesterday on another item. I'm going to keep checking each item every day. Hope this helps.

By the way, third party sellers don't necessarily give you the difference. Bummer.

Thank you sooo much for the info! I just received refunds totalling $28!! I had no idea you could do that, and how simple it was! What a bonus to have a little money come back IN my account - it seems to only flow the other direction this time of year! Thanks!

I'm so glad that you were able to get a refund, too. I've received a total of $54 refunded to my account, and I'm still keeping tabs on each item to make sure that I don't miss a dime.
