I have NEVER seen a decent coupon from Pottery Barn. I have been wanting an expensive jewelry box for dd and have been waiting for a sale or something - nothing. Free shipping once in a while, but not by coupon. One time they offered free shipping on select items - I bought a big frame, spider rings and a hanger for the frame. Get this, I got charged $6.95 for shipping. When I questioned it, they said the frame hanger was not included in the free shipping, and that I should have noticed it. Customer service? NOT!

Last time I was in one there was a coupon if you spent enough money. I think if you made a purchase of $250 you got $50 off. something like that. Maybe it was a instant credit thing???

I get a 10% off coupon from PB, PBTEEN, and PBK every time we move. (we've moved several times thanks to we are ex-army). I don't know how they find my new house so quick but after I had moved within one week I had the coupon! That is the ONLY coupon I have every seen!!!
