They have some really NICE stuff and GREat quality!! a friend of mine got me a frame there for my bday one year!! to be honest the red box and the bow was the highlight!! sounds funny but to recieve such a nice packaging kind of made me feel good!!! sounds wierd I know!!) but I have also recieved a great tote bag that you put pics in it!! I love it!!!

I love Red Envelope but their shipping charges are so high and they very rarely (if at all) offer free shipping. They also insist on shipping certain items two day mail. I ordered a silver bracelet for my sister and they would not just ship it ground saying they provide the 'best' service for their customers. L.OL Well to me, the best service is giving me choices and letting me decide!

They do have cute stuff though!
