how does this work are they something you print or something they send you in the mail.. How far in advance do you have to buy them. I looked on the site but didn't find much information.

You buy them, then print them out and bring with you to the restaurant. You can buy them the same day and use them. Most of them expire in a year. I use them all the time, saves a lot of money.
