You probably remember how I wanted one so bad? Well, I WAS able to get one on the last round..but get this: It was a return. It even had a label that said it was from the returns dept., and the inside packaging was damaged/torn. I don't even know if I got everything. I've sent them 2 emails and responded to their follow-up surveys twice about it. There are finger prints on the pot. My question was if this was how the program worked: to get rid of their returns, and how can I know if it's usable/new and if I got everything. No response at all.

Oh that's too bad...

I'm not a fan of the Senseo Coffee System, we got one and I ended up giving it to my sister (who loves it). Last time, I got another one to give to her to keep at work. Meanwhile Dh ended up requesting one for me, not knowing that I had requested one. My other sister ordered one for her FIL, but he didn't even want to look at it, so she gave it to me! LOL! I was giving them away like party favors. Too bad you don't live close to me - I could have given you your choice of colors!

All the ones that we got were brand new...

You got one more than once on their program? Did you have to use a different email address, which I could do, and different shipping address?

Well I ordered one originally...and gave it away (used my email addy).

Then about a year later, when another promo came along, I did it again and used my email addy. Got a pot both times. Same email, same mailing address.

And now that I think about it, Dh signed up for one, not knowing that I had already done it and even though he used his email, it was shipped to our same address. So we've had three pots mailed to us from Senseo, same mailing address.

I got a Senseo the first time around, for no cost. We love it. The kids use it to make hot cocoa (use the pod holder but nothing in it) and hot tea. Right now, while I recover from surgery my dau even makes me tea or coffee with it.

While I love the coffee, I absolutely HATE the cost of the pods. We still have some of the original pods that came with it almost a YEAR ago. I bought a Presto MyPod at Walmart and it makes the senseo absolutely wonderful. It ahs the little paper filter to put in a special pod holder and then a lid. If you put a teaspoon or so of creamer in with the coffee grounds you get that foamy topping. And it si super super cheap. The MyPod was less than $10.

I got 2 more for $15 and $10 shipping.We just gave one to my youngest son's school for the teacher's lounge.

I will get a MyPod from Amazon this week and take it in, then they will be all set. Amazon was out of the MyPods, and they work better than the other ones.

okay I am so excited. I have wanted this machine since it first came out. I filled out the little questionaire and keep checking my email but nothing. How long does it generally take for them to respond and let me know if I can get it? Thanks for this post.

I received one of these the last time the offer was posted. I LOVE it. We have moved our brand new coffee pot to the garage. It is great if you like only a couple cups of coffe. If you are a pot drinker you may not like it. WE LOVE it!!

Came in the mail a couple days ago. Not bad for $15 S&H. Considering it goes for $50. in store purchase. The only thing is the coffee is expensive and it only makes a 4oz. cup per pod.

I brew an 8 cup pot at 6am and it's gone by 9am. It'll make a good gift Though
