How have peoples' experiences been on this classiccloseouts.com website? I just found a whole bunch of complaints online of people who have bought things and not received what they ordered, and saying they can't get in touch with the sellers. I want to purchase something off of their website, but not if they're not honest!

I've never heard of the website before, but I'd be pretty cautious if there's a bunch of complaints. Have you looked at the BBB (better business bureau) website to see what is on there? Good luck!

I have purchased from them 4 times and never have had a problem. I have never had to return something though so I don't know how that would be. Hope this helps!

Actually, I ordered from them once and never received my order. HOwever, when I called to complain they overnighted the same shipment to me. The original package ended up coming too - and they said to just keep it! So, I guess I was pretty happy!
