Thank you AmyB! I was FINALLY able to print out the Preschool Rebate Form in a size that I can actually fill out! LOL!

Now, do we have to wait for a email from Amazon about the Cookie Subscription or can we just mail something to the publisher? If so, what?
THANKS!

Finally received the email about Cookie magazine. It states "If you would like a refund for your subscription, please send a copy of your Amazon order confirmation...."

Help...I didn't remember to save my order confirmation (not in deleted, etc) and I sent off the packing slips with the rebate forms. Does anyone think they would accept the "invoice" printed off my Amazon account?

If we don't want the magazine subscription, do we just mail it to them? or sign up and cancel?

pmciufo, For your order confirmation, check your email inbox under auto-confirm@amazon.com

It was just over 2 weeks 'til I got my email from Amazon regarding the Cookie rebate. Mailed my request today and will see what happens. So I'm assuming that the expiration of Oct. 31st must mean the date of your purchase, being that I got this email Nov. 1st.

I got all my games in perfect condition.

Thanks to the person who sent another link to the Preschool form so it's big enough to fill out!

Luckily, each game came in its own box with its own receipt/packing slip. I'll request my rebates and cross my fingers. Sometimes rebates just don't happen for some reason or another. I've had some unpleasant experiences with some companies.

Keep up the great work!

Tracy

What happens if you never received an email about the Cookies magazine? Maybe, I'll just call them and cancel my subscription. Hmmmm....

I'm just now finally getting the last strings tied up. Had to do an exchange with Amazon. <sigh> Then never received the UPS shipping label email from them. So, I really hope to have this all taken care of this week.

I only bought one Hasbro game from Amazon.com and just recently went back to file the rebate....the on-line rebate link is now missing. I called customer service and they cant find the link anywhere....he went ahead and refunded me the $2.00 to my credit card...NICE!

By the way, I called Hasbro and you have to have a store receipt to submit with the game rebate...meaning, it does not include on-line purchases. I sent a complaint to the company telling them to update their policies as a lot of people, especially parents, do a lot of their shopping on line. We will see how they respond...

Please check back to the posts on page 6. The rebate forms still work. ( It is a PDF file and I just pulled it up.) Also there is a letter about contacting Hasbro about the original receipts for the games ordered through Amazon.com. They have replied that they are exceptable... Hope this helps those of you who are having problems. All of us here have been sending in the rebates and I don't think anyone has had a problem with them yet.
Anyone receive their pre-paid Visa card yet or the cash refund from Cookie Magazine?

I received a Hasbro Prepaid Visa the other day(the ones from the Cootie games, Candyland, Chutes and Ladder, etc) but there was only $2 on it - Should have been $16(I do daycare so I got the kids games for Christmas this year - Couldn't pass up the $2 games). Anyway I called and they said the card only included 1 receipt and were going to issue another card for the other difference. My dad had the same issue on his card.

So if you get your card and the amount isn't correct, call them - they were very willing to help and resolve my issue.

This was the deal that got me started reading these forums.

Cookie refund came today. Got one prepaid card a couple of weeks ago, but it was short $3 & I had to call them. The other, I had to resend the information. They don't make it easy, but they will do it, I think.
