That is a real bummer you had to argue with the person at your Walmart... That was what it was like at the 3rd walmart I went to.... I just gave up, because by that time, I was tired of dealing with it!!!!

I called 4 Kohl's in my area, and they all said they don't know what it is, and don't have any... so I asked if it were maybe they were sold out and they just flat out said no. They don't "carry it" (i'm assuming right now) and that "all Kohl's have the same merchandise"... I wasn't going to argue, but aleast I got one and didn't have to pay so darn much for it!!!! Hopefully you all have good luck with Kohls or Walmart, but either way, I hope whoever wants one, gets one!!!!

So frustrated!

I finally got my Smart Cycle in today...it was ordered from walmart.com and shipped to the store. So I took in my printed page from Kohls.com showing the awesome deal. The Manager told me that his hands were tied and to contact Walmart.com...I did...even spoke with a Supervisor...but still nothing! They told me to return the item. So basically I guess they don't care if they lost the money or a customer. UGH! Any ideas?? Should I write a letter? I've never done that..don't really know where to start...but what happened to Wal-Mart's "Always Low Prices, Always!" and "Satisfaction Guaranteed" printed on the outside of every Wal-Mart?!?!?!

OK..Satisfaction Guaranteed...what does that mean? A guarantee means that you'd get your money back. However, you are not paying for satisfaction, so there's nothing to give back, so there is no real guarantee. Get me? As everything else with Walmart's promises, it's empty.

Can dark get darker?

Hi,
I was reading everyones messages about getting or ordering the Smart Cycle from Kohl's and I had called them up and they said that they might get it back the first week of November or December. Was wondering if anyone had recieved theirs from Kohls.com yet because if you have I was wondering if you could give me the scew number from it, that way they can look up at their stores to see if any local stores have it. I too am looking for it for my daughter for christmas and missed out on the great deal kohl's was offering.

I did receive mine that I ordered from Kohl's about a week ago. The SKU# is 88995452, UPC is 000027084417845. Hope that helps. Again, I was told the stores were going to be getting them in and they would honor the online price - if you ordered one or printed it, plus the 20% off they were offering. Good luck!

OH....I hope that's the case....I did print it out...so maybe there is still hope. It's weird how each representative tells a different story! GOOD LUCK everyone! And, if anyone does find it in a store...please report back to us!
