Make sure to follow up with your price adjustments... I ordered the Barbie game a while ago and it was cancelled, so when i saw it online again, I placed the order online WHILE ON THE PHONE with a Kohls Rep and she "put a note on the account to price adjust it"... IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE and I received the barbie game about a month ago... It didn't show on my November Bill and I called, and was told to wait until I got my December Bill because it may take a full billing cycle to see the change... If it isn't on my December bill I will be calling and will not be as nice this time, since I have called like 4 times to get this to show and it still doesn't... they should just do it, and make sure that it is done... not beat around the bush and say well wait another month... thats crazy!!!
