I got my email about the Cookie Magazine. I have it "kept as new" in my email folder tryiing to figure out what I'm supposed to do to get the refund. It says something about mailing a slip. Thing is, the games are on the packaging slip, but nothing about the magazine. I have been racking my brain trying to figure this out, and I've gone back pages and pages trying to find the old post to see if this has already been discussed, but can't find it....

has anyone been successful at this refund thing & if so how'd you do it?

I'm happy with the price I got the games for even if I don't get the refund....but the refund would make it even better

Yeah the email was the only thing sent about the magazine it wouldn't be on your Order invoive.

Here is what it said to do in my email

Yes, She is correct. They want the conformation on the games ordered from Amazon and the e-mail from Cookie magazine all sent to Conde Nast.

When did you place your order?? I haven't gotten my "cookie" e-mail yet.

Oh boy, I did not send the copy of the Cookie Mag order e-mail, wonder if that will be a problem.

I only sent in my e-mail from Cookie magazine "just to be safe" when I sent for the refund. I placed my order on Amazon on Oct. 23 and got the e-mail after it shipped on October 26 and 29th.

I got my email Nov. 1st....about a week-10 days after I ordered the games.

So does this mean I need to respond to the email for them to send the magazine to me first?? hmmmm....I'm still confused!! lol

If you want the magazine then respond to the email.....if you want the Refund print out the email and mail in along with the copy of your eligible order. You don't get the magazine and the refund it's one or the other. Does that answer your ?
