Never had a problem with them. I have had cases where it says it "in process" and it shipped out. But I know that if you do have stuff sent standard, then it does take them awhile to fill the order. The last order I had send 2-3 day and got it by the date they said I would. Hate to have to pay extra for faster shipping. On the order I'm waiting to place, its only $10 to have it sent 3-5. I have a small business and deferred bill helps out a lot. I have a feeling as soon as I process the order, I will get a code for deferred bill. LOL

I made an after-Christmas order with them last year
and had a great experience!! I don't remember
if they were slow to ship or not since I was in no
hurry.
