Shipping code worked for me, I entered it in before I checked out.

Did anyone else get a confirmation receipt via email? I didn't. When I look at my account tho it says "Ordered". My card hasen't been charged yet.

Be careful! I tried numerous times to checkout the first day of this deal....and my computer kept timing out...I received an ERROR message and NO confirmation on the screen....so therefore I thought my order did NOT get placed. I tried calling customer service and they were 'experiencing long hold times'...and I don't have time for that. So I tried again later that day and the order went through just fine...with OUT the FREE SHIPPING. I tried to email customer service and get them to 'adjust' my order to reflect the free shipping. They said NO. Today I awake to find 2 debits from my checking account for 2 different orders from that company!! GREAT!

So I called Customer Service and finally spoke to someone. She wasn't very polite and actually seemed annoyed with me. I was very kind, and tried to explain what happened...and she basically said tough-luck....there system was slow because over 11,000 people tried to get these yesterday...and I'm like, that's not my fault! She also told me that the free shipping code only went out to a few people and it was illegal to share the code with others. So I guess she was telling me I broke the law. Finally I got her to cancel one of the orders that hadn't shipped yet...of course it was the order with the free shipping.... Then she said she would try to refund my shipping amount once the order was shipped. We'll see.....hmm...that will probably be my last time to purchase from them!
