Anyone get their books????

I haven't heard a thing since they charged my credit card... So I emailed them today... Their response, all the book I order (9 of them) except for ONE was now DISCOUNTINUED and If i wanted the one book they would send it to me, but I would not be getting the rest...

BUT they still charged me... Very nice..... I won't be buying from them again, and I asked when I would be seeing a CREDIT on my credit card for the books I won't be getting.

I got mine on saturday and was charged as expected....

I just got an email today saying all but 1 one of the books I ordered were cancelled. I still was charged for all 8 as well. So I sent them an email, hopefully they will handle it well!

I received all of the 10 books I ordered a couple of weeks ago...I was very surprised at the fast shipping. Some how I had placed 2 orders and I finally convinced them to cancel one order and refund my shipping charge. So, all in all, I'm pleased, but I can see how this could have turned out very different because the customer service lady I spoke with was very annoyed.

I sure everyone else gets their money back.
