When we first moved into our new house, the children of our new neighbors, three teenagers, shoveled the snow from our long driveway. We just found them out there shoveling one wintry morning. When we went out to meet and thank them, they were so friendly and polite while refusing to take any money. You would have thought they had waited all winter just to shovel our driveway. With my husband's super-busy job and a baby at home, it was a real blessing. Though the practical part is wonderful, the attitude of those doing the kind deed may be the most important part!

Another acquaintance drops by with homemade cookies every now and then. It brightens our day.

that was a wonderful thing to do, I don't know about you all but when I hear about kids doing things like this it always gives me the warm fuzzies. It shows alot for the parents and it gives hope to our future generations in the current "ME" world.
