I was an interior designer and worked along side other designers. One of our co-workers found out she was pregnant and decided to have the baby on her own. She did not have a lot of money but wanted her nursery to be something special for her new baby.

She allowed a few of us designers do a "While you were out" to her nursery. The few of us got together and managed to paint the walls, and trim, we painted a mural to match the bedding that she picked out. We made curtains, and hung them with new blinds to match. We also were able to find a dresser to paint white that worked as a changing table. We repainted her old rocking chair to match and even hung new shelving and light fixtures.

Needless to say this expecting Mommy was in tears when she saw her room re-done by those who cared for her!
