We just had our last baby so I'm going through all our my maternity clothes as well as my sons' clothes. Anything that we wouldn't put their little sister in is being donated along with all my maternity clothes. My oldest son's teacher volunteers at a Homeless Shelter. She's taking all of the clothing to distribute there. Most of what my boys have are hand-me-downs as well as some of my maternity clothes. Since I'm the last in our circle of friends & family to start a family, I figured donate the clothing to people who really need it rather than hold onto it or send it to a consignment shop. I get more satisfaction out of the donation - and I get to teach my kids about volunteering & helping others - that I would out of the few dollars eBay or a local Consignment Shop might bring. Well worth the time and effort.
