Host a Baby-Toddler Clothes/ Stuff Swap.

Ask friends to bring Clothes, toys, books, gear, etc. that their child has out grown or does not use. Swap for “new” stuff.
It can be turned into a fun social event at your church or Mom's club.
Hang out with other parents/ caregivers and babies from the area.
All items left at the end of the day could then be donated.
