My son had Hasbro's Talkin' Toolbench when he was little, and when it was recalled I took the proper steps to ensure its safety and got a $50 gift card from Hasbro in return. Unfortunately, when I decided to redeem it, I couldn't find it ANYWHERE.
Going through some "junk" lately, I found it... nearly two years later! I had long expired (Dec. 2007 exp.). Major bummer. I called customer service and explained my situation, and the rep was nice enough to extend the period in which I could use the card. I'm so glad I decided to call! Thank you Ray at Hasbro!
