Every morning I have a cup of coffee w/milk and a lot of the International Flavors Chocolate Caramel Creamer.

I'd like something more nutritious but regular and flavored teas are just not cutting it.

Is there any product out there like chai or some warm soy beverage that would have some sort of sweet, coffee-like taste? It would have to be something that I could make at home.

Thanks in advance!

The coffee with lots of milk in it sounds pretty nutritious. Have you considered making a warm milk drink with coffee / chocolate / caramel flavoring in it? You could use 2% milk or less. You could use those Italian syrup flavorings (Cash n Carry has tons of them for cheap.) That would get you away from the caffeine but give you the flavors you enjoy.

Starbucks sells mocha powder you can make your own syrup with for coffee or hot chocolate.

I think coffee is good for you as long as you don't use sugar or high calorie syrups. We make chai lattes with our expresso machine by steaming the chai and the milk. That would be an option if you have an expresso machine.
