I got a new stroller from Chicco!

Not sure exactly where to post this brag and kudos for the company but here goes:
I bought a Chicco brand umbrella stroller for dd 2 years ago. By the end of the 2nd summer and about a month shy of the warranty expiring, the seat starting tearing. I called the company and they were going to send me a replacement seat. Meanwhile, I had ds, forgot about the replacement seat and didn't use the stroller much untill this fall when dd started preschool. The other day I called the company to inquire about purchasing the replacement seat. Because the stroller is no longer made and I never received the replacement seat, they sent me a brand new stroller via UPS Ground!!!!
Wow! What great customer service the second time around! I was so excited when the new stroller came yesterday.
There are still good customer service reps left out there, we just have to be lucky enough to find them!!
