Does anyone use a memory foam mattress topper or pillows? If so do you like it? Pros/Cons?

I don't...but I wish I did!! My mom has one in her guest room, and when I am there, I LOVE SLEEPING IN THAT BED!!! We are hoping to buy a new bed in the spring, a bigger size, so I haven't invested yet..but I will!!!
