Does anyone know where you report issues with toys? My child was messing around and got her foot stuck in the Fisher Price Drop and Roar Dinosaur. She was stuck in it for over 40 minutes we couldn't get her out of it! After many attempts of taking out all it's screws and trying to pry it apart my husband finally had to take wire cutters to it and totally just destroy it and tear it apart. Good lesson for my daughter, she was traumatized by the whole ordeal so I don't think she'll ever stick her hands, feet, etc into anything she shouldn't again..... at least I hope! I took pictures of the whole ordeal too. Obviously not a life threatening event but thought I should probably report it just incase there is a bigger issue with the toy going on out there.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

That's awful for your poor little girl! I'd definitely let Fisher Price know (they should reimburse you for the toy!), and the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) is who does toy recalls, so they would probably be good too. They even have a link on there to report unsafe products. This is their website.

Above post is correct. You would be interested to know that this is not the first case - when I was researching whether to buy this product, I did see some people complain about it on Amazon.com reviews.
