I just took ours to the repair shop because of some kind of power issue. We thought is what where you plug the cord into it, that seemed loose. The guy said he found some things on the circut board that needed to be soddered, but the thing still isn't working. I'm going to try to see if I can return it when I go shopping tomorrow, if not, it's going in the trash. It's a bummer though, I have a lot of games for it and they weren't cheap. There is another game out by v-tech that looks even better than v-smile, but I'm a little leary. I have always sworn by v-tech before this, there toys are usually very good!

We just got a new one (to replace one with power issues) on black friday and it started having power issues today. We are using a power cord and I had to un plug it and plug it back it. We still had power issues when I used batteries with our first vsmile.

Gosh, I was wanting one of these too. Guess I am glad we got something different. We got the Leapster TV and it is kinda hard to use. I will have to work with my son on it for a while.

No major problems here, the button is a little tricky here and there and the plugs into the tv need to be adjusted so you can actually hear the game (a little piece of paper in between them works). Batteries were not worth it for me, we got the cord. I'd complain to the company for those of you that have had lots of problems!!
