Remember how I traded in my vsmile for a new one? We are STILL having power issues! ugh! Wondering if anyone else is still having power issues. AND, does anyone use batteries instead of the power cord? Did you notice a diffrence in the power issues?

We have a V-smile, and when we use batteries, we go through them really quick. When the batteries run low, the thing shuts off all the time. With the power cord, we don't have any power issues. The problem is, I misplaced the power cord and now I can't find it. I hate to buy a new one, because I'll find it the next day, but I won't find it until I do buy a new one. My kids love the V-smile, my only complaint is that all the games do not have two player choice, so it seems like an endless fight over who gets to play it.

I have 2 power cords, I can send you one of them. I thought the power cord was teh orginal problem, so I bought a second one. Turns out, its just a crappy system. If you want it, I'll send it out tommorrow with the coupon train. Most of the games my kids have 2 player choices, hmmmmm.

If I use the batteries instead, he can only play it 3 or 4 times before it needs new batteries, the power cord is just a constant pain. I don't experienece any problems (Other than constantly replacing them) when we use batteries.
HTH!

Yep this is the usse we had too, its related to the power cord. I have to keep jiggling the cord, OR unplugg it/plug in to get it to work. It takes forever to get a game going. Once its going, its fine, but it takes me 10 minutes to get the game going. I end up playing withthe cord forever to get it to work and I don't have the kids of time. God help me when the kids want to change the game.

We have an issue with our on button too! We are now on our third machine! The first one was bought last christmas from grandpa and lasted about six months and then only worked on and off. The second one I bought this year on black friday and it lasted only one week, so I took it back and exchanged it and the new one has given me trouble only once so far. So, we will see what happens with this one!
