We are eligable to buy new phones at the promo price and aren't sure which ones to get. Does anyone have a phone they really like or don't like?

My dh has the Razr, and I considered it and the new Krazr, but wont do it because there's no flash for the camera. My phone was a Nokia 6255i, and I really liked it - had a flash, but it wasn't as slim as the Razr. It was stolen. Samsung's come out with some good phones with great resolution.

Can dark get darker?

We like the LG series. Had luck for at least 1 1/2 yrs. on the battery then we needed new ones. I think dh's latest is the 8300, I am still at 3300 or something and love it although I am eligible for upgrade too and am waiting to see if I get a cool one for xmas.

We bought new phones, they were on promotion at Thanksgiving, it was buy one RZor for $50 and the second was free and you get a $50 rebate. So two phones free basically. I ended up with a pink razr, it is good, I like the options on it, my old LG one wouldnt even work in large buildings like my work and Target ect, this one does.
I think you get a three month window where you can get a new phone,our contact renews in Jan, but we go the new phones in Nov. So shop around and go on their website and see what deals they have, maybe they will have ngood new year and xmas deals.

I just renewed my contract and recieved a free pink razor phone. I really like it. I had an LG before that and no complaints with that either.

We just renewed our contract in AUgust and I got the newer LG. I had an older version and it was just fine. THis one is just about the same. I got it because this was the model that was free. My dh got the new Chocolate. He loves it! But if you are not into the MP3 part then it would not be for you. We got him the whole package and card with it. It works for him because he spends 24 hour shifts at the FIre Department and he plays the music when he is sleeping. Plus he is an electronic gadget freak and always has to be the first to have the new toys!

Thanks for all the advice so far. We have older Lg's and Dh's complaint is that he can;t get signal in the hangar he works in. We missed the good deals from a few weeks ago, so we are going to keep checking for some new ones, hoping for the razor deal to come back! Any more comments and advice will be helpfull as we continue to look. Thanks!!

I checked the online deals earlier today and still nothing. Well as I was doing something else online later, I got a pop-up for a bogo on the LG 8300 for new contracts. I called and was told that I should be able to get that deal for renewing also. I went online and got 2 LG 8300's for... are you ready..... $0!!!! No shipping, no taxes!!!!!

My dh has the LG8300 and loves it. I just got the LG8600 and am not so sure yet. Too new for me to tell, but I got it for $30 on-line with all my discounts so I am not going to complain (yet!)
