I got a $1.00 off coupon (i think from Sunday's Paper) for a Woolite POD, & I was planning on getting one this week when I get my groceries. I was wondering if anyone has tried this yet? If so, did it work as easy as they show it on the commercials? Can you buy refills for it or do you need to buy a new POD? Is it worth the $$.

TIA

I got one with a coupon and sale a couple of months ago (I paid about $1 for it I think). I don't think you can refill them though (but I'm going to save mine after it's empty because I also have Woolite carpet cleaner in the spray bottle so I'll just spray it on stains and then scrub it with the POD). I have to say that I really like it - it's done a good job on a number of stains in our carpet (it did not take out red jello stains - but I don't think anything could get rid of that!). Is it worth the money? I would say yes, but I guess it depends on your perspective.

Here's hoping it's a waste of money because you never have to use it !!

I've had the POD for several months now, and I love it. I used it a lot at first and fortunately have not needed it recently. If I remember correctly, you can refill it. The pieces should snap apart so that you can refill it and keep going. Mine is still half filled so I haven't tried refilling it yet.

Good luck, and may you never need to use it!

I got a whole free one in the mail and yes it does work. My husband onced tracked in ink from work on his shoes onto the carpet and he cleaned it all up with the product. Perfectly clean!

I dont think you can refill it. I didnt try to take it apart. I think you just toss it when its empty as the brushes over time will be beat up.

Definitely worth it-especially with a coupon.I didn't think they were too expensive, although I'd like a refillable one. I hoping Costco will start carrying a multipack. We have 3 floors and 3 kidsn my soapbox:
