I use to use jergens and wanted something a little darker. Then I started using Loreal Sublime Gel in the medium. Wow , what a nice tan. It gets you very tan and you do have to wash betweeen your fingers and exfoliate before you put it on otherwise it will make those places very dark.

Good luck with your tan,
Cindy

I have used many self tanning lotions and found a L'oreal sublime glow & daily moisturizer in med. to work not too bad, I also had a spay on tan around Christmas time, while it was terrible (sticky, dry) but after waiting 6 or so hours you can take a shower and then it looks pretty good for about 4-5 days.

I had a spray on tan year before last and I LOVED it, but it costs BIG bucks...too much for me. Thanks for all of the input on the sunless tanners. The ady at Walgreen's tried to encourage me to buy their brand ( it is a lot cheaper) but I really don't want orange legs!!!

I tried Jergen's last summer and wasn't impressed...it left me feeling sticky, no matter how much I rubbed it in.

A friend of mine at school raved about L'Oreal Sublime products...she used the spray. I got some the other day at Target to try it out!

From what I've tried over the years, I've found that the Clarins tanning products are really the best. I don't know why I keep trying the drugstore brands! L.OL! But I do!

Arbonne's is really good once you get used to applying it. It is a spray and once you pray it you can't see where it is to rub (so I spray it on my hands and rub it in) But, it is the best one that I have tried (and I have tried a lot) for two reasons, the color is very natural and it does not smell, I put it on after I shower in the morning and it does not make you smell like sunless tanner all day.

OK - now where do you ladies apply the tanner? All over or just legs..

So far, I've only done legs...I want to do more but I'm afraid the ending and beginning marks will be too obvious...so for now I have tan legs and a white everything else!!

Like the results but messy, and it was kinda orange for a while until I showered because it has a bronzer so you can see what you have covered. I like the results a LOT. My friend tried the spray and said it was very messy, had to clean bathroom after! Woops, Neutrogena, not Nutrigena!!

I used to use Jergens but didn't like how it would rub off after awhile. Last summer I used the Vaseline brand and really liked it. Not sure if I'll use that one again this year or try another new one. I start out in the spring putting it on my legs then after a month or so I do it all over. I like that it's also a daily moisturizer.
