Desertmom, I used to work for Harry Londons Candies, in the factory and in the retail store, and they would let you eat what ever you wanted, as long as it was on your break!!! They encouraged workers to try the candy so they would tell people how good it was!! It was excellent candy, dark chocolate truffles were my favorite, and the peanut butter eggs that they had at Easter time. I guess I should drive over there and see what they've got, I haven't been there in ages!! Yummo!!

We can see the factory off the freeway on our way through Akron/Canton and I have always wanted to stop and take a tour.

Lucky, lucky! I'd ask you to send some, but all chocolate melts on its way here - my mom used to send me chocolates in spite of my reminding that it gets above 90 in my mailbox and on my front patio.

Enjoy!

That's were I worked, I used to fill in for the tour guides on occasion so I actually gave the tour sometimes, it was fun, and they always are handing out free samples during the tour, or even if you're just shopping in the store. Yum!!
