We have the bear, dog, train, and doll..
I got them all at Barnes and Noble.
Stacia, What exactly is the title of the ABC book and the 123 book, can I view them online???
And to really steal this thread, what are some books that 3 year old girls like?? I too believe you can't have too many books and love reading. I used to read Nancy Drew in one day!

the title is 123 it is the best number book I have ever seen on the market! The ABC book is titled Alphabet Book it's the best of it's kind on the market! We LOVE these books! Yes you can view them online, you can look up a consultant in your area and order through her website or in person, or to earn free books you could always host a party. Here's the link to look up the closest to you by zip code: Usborne Books at Home: Find Your Independent Consultant

Other than those two for a preschool girl I would recommend the Fairy Tale Jigsaw book, my dd loves that. We love the great search books, the phonics series is cute, our favorite though are the 1000 First Words in _____ language books. I've got 5 different languages right now and I want them all! They also have them in sticker book version which we love ALL their sticker books! OMG there are so many, but definitely get the sticker books, 123, The Alphabet Book and language books! Those are a great start!

I check them out from the library because they are more expensive than other books. I would rather spend less and get twice as many books from Scholastic or Books Are Fun.

I can't believe I just found this thread. I LOVE Usborne Books. Of course, I am an Educational Supervisor. Usborne Books are worth the price. I am well on my way to owning all of their books.

Why you should buy Usborne Books from an Usborne Book Fair or consultant and NOT from Barnes & Noble or through Scholastic.

1.We offer the full selction of books. B&N and Scholastic have limited Usborne Books.
2.Our quality is better. B&N have the same books, but our books through Scholastic are cheaper quality. It's like they took our book and put it on a copying machine. The paper is thinner, the binding isn't as good and they just don't hold up as good as the others.
3.You get a Warantee. When you buy from a book fair or consultant, you get a half price replacement for the life of the book. If your books becomes damaged at all or falls apart from being loved, then you can pay half price for a NEW Book. I know with buying from Consultants you also have a 30 day exchange policy.(I am not sure if they offer it through book fairs, you would have to ask) But if you buy a title and you get it home and read it and your not crazy about it, you have 30 days to exchange it for a new title.
4. No Commercialization. None of Usborne Books are linked to a tv show or movie. We have our own unique characters and stories. 40% of Scholastic books are linked to Nick Jr or Disney Cartoons, promoting tv shows.

Those ar just a few of our benefits. They really are great books. Like Stacia mentioned, the Encyclopedias are awesome and most of them are Internet-Linked. So there are alot of activites on the internet that go along with the book.

If anyone else has any ?'s. I would be happy to answer.

*There is a book titled ABC and Alphabet Book. Both are very cute. Another series for 3 yr old would be the picture books. Very cute and not fluffy stories. All of them are educational stories.
