OK, I was invited to a TS party this coming Saturday, and since I've heard soooo many good things about their products I've decided to go!!
So, please tell me what are your favorite products, and how/why do you use them.
I'm on a budget so I'm only planning on spending about $25-30.
Thanks!!!

I have been only one time and though there products tastes good. I just felt I really could make dips and bread and stuff on my own without there ingredients. So I got the bacon bacon. Which you can use to make the dip that they will have to taste or you can add it to your cooked green beans, spinach, potato soup and all kinds of other stuff.

You HAVE to get the Garlic Garlic, by far the BEST product they sell. I go through SO much of this, and its so good. I always like thier desserts too, and the cheese balls. Last year they had a Key Lime one that was TDF. My Mom loves the Pesto, and the soups were good too.

I agree with the Garlic Garlic; that's the best (if you like garlic that is)! I haven't been able to find anything comparable to it. There's tons of recipes for the beer bread, don't spend money on that.

I agree w/ garlic garlic, too, it is darn good stuff and I use it in so many ways. I always also have the pesto onhand, it's really good and easy to make quickly, and also many uses. I also like their cheeseballs, they are usually pretty good, both sweet and savory. My favorite dip is the Fiesta Party Dip Mix, it's a little spicy, but very good! I sometimes mix a little shredded cheese into it when I make it, too. DH always likes their bbq sauce, but gets aggravated b/c they seem to change it every summer!
And like calmingweight said, don't buy the beer bread, it's so much easier to make your own, not to mention lots cheaper! I've never been to a party where they don't sample the apple cake, and while it's good, you can make the same thing w/ a spice cake mix for 1.00 from the grocery! Another one I like is the corn & black bean salsa, but I think the Sam's brand at Wal-Mart is just as good and it's only 1.50 for a much bigger jar!
The only things I've not been too impressed w/ were the bacon bacon, it just has a fake smoky flavor to me, it's not bad, just not something I really liked. And the Italian seasoning they had last year, everyone just raved about it, and it smelled really good, so I bought it to try. It was just way too salty to me, seemed like the salt just overwhelmed the other flavors in it.

I LOVE Tastefully SImple Products. I tell everyone I know about them all the time. I too am hosting a party in June. I can't wait!
I would highly recommend:
The whole wheat beer bread
the Basil dipping oil
the caramel bliss ball
the dried tomato and garlic pesto (YUMMY as a marinade on shrimp and veggies)
garlic garlic
Spinach and Herb dip mix (use on a bagel with cream cheese ~ to die for!!)
ALL THEIR DESSERT PRODUCTS
Black bean soup! Yummy
Potato and Cheddar soup! YUMMY
Fiesta party dip mix....hot hot hot!!! (always a hit)
Basically their entire catalog of products are good! But for me, I like to have things that will last so I tend to get the shakers of garlic garlic, onion onion and bacon bacon and use them on everything! I also love the dip mixes (spinach and herb and fiesta). You can spread those out over various events and use them as seasonings too. The beer breads are so good too and you can use some of the shakers in the mix to spice the bread up a bit.
I could go on and on....PM me!

This is the only thing I've ever tried I bought it from someone selling TS stuff at a garage sale (all new). It's AWESOME!

Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce - it's not too spicy and ohhhhh so good on boneless pork spare ribs. I wish I had bought more, I don't know anyone that sells it or anyone having a party anytime soon.

I've been told that the bacon bacon is not real bacon its a soy product. Maybe thats why you don't like the flavor?? My friend that sells it told me that its great for vegitarians as well, because its not real.
