My Norton Internet Security is about to expire and will cost $50-$60 to renew online. I think paid about $20 at Best Buy last year but I hadn't been paying attention to the ad to see if I could buy it for that this year. Just wondering what everyone else does to protect their computers.

We use Norton. We did use Macafee (sp?) a few years ago, but for all the problems we had with it I said never again, and have stuck with Norton ever since.

There's a GREAT programme online called AVG. Its a wonderful antivirus. I've been using it for years. The best part about it: if it's for home use, its FREE!

Find it here!

My home PC have Trend Micro Internet Security 2006 (PC-cillin) and been using this for a year, I am very satisified with this program and it will scan your incoming/outgoing emails to detect any virus, prompt you any bad website and prompt you any hacker/spyware in your system. There are some more features, check this out here TrendSecure : Total Security Protection

We switched to Norton a couple years ago after having a ton of problems with McAfee and we love it.
