I've seen this at Dollar Tree. They carry todler wipes, shampoo, bubble bath, and I don't know what else. Has anyone tried this? Is it okay stuff?

TIA

I have seen those type of products at dollar stores too. I have never tried them for fear someone would break out in a rash or something. But I do think I will buy the wipes next time I see them. Just for keeping hands clean after meals/snacks when we are on the go. And keep some in the van for wiping up messes and what not.

I've tried the toddler wipes and they are fine. Breck as a brand has been around a long time. Back in the 60's Cybil Sheppard and Cheryl Tiggs were Breck girls and in the 70's Kim Bassinger and Brooke Shields were Breck girls in their adds. I can see the bottle now from when I was a young girl in about 77 or 78, my mom used it then.

I have the hand sanitizer and the kids soap and they seem fine. We go through so much hand soap that I needed to find something cheap.

I remember the old Breck bottle too. I did recently buy the shampoo. It isn't too good. I passed it on to my dh, since he doesn't have much hair. It just didn't clean too well.

I didn't even know they still made Breck anymore but I definitely remember the ads from the 70s. Breck, Wella Ballsom and Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific were the big hair products back then.

The kid's shampoo is O.K., not great like L'oreal, but it's only a $1 so I will still use it. I have to make sure dd's hair is really wet b4 I apply it or it doesn't lather well. The bubble bath is good, we go thru it quickly so I feel better only paying a dollar a bottle.

The only item I have used is the baby wipes. I did not like them at all. They had a rough feel and were thin.

I have used the toddler wipes, they are fine but very small...you are almost using double the amount to get the job done...my fave toddler wipes by far are the Walmart brand "Parents Choice" and only .97 cents.

We have also used the Breck detangler spray in the green bottle and I love it! It works like magic on my DS very fine hair that is always filled with knots.

Speaking of the 70's...does anyone remember the 'beer' shampoo "Body on Tap" or the "Gee your hair smells great" ads. It brings back fun childhood memories.
