Not sure if anyone has seen this yet, since it is dated 6/13/07 but thought I'd add it here anyway just in case. I know we have the Sodor Mail car as I got that from the freebe that was posted here a while ago.

I just had my ds look at the pictures of all of them, and he says we don't have those pieces. Still, I am double checking myself in the morning. Thanks. I had not seen this at all.

I haven't bought new cars in 2-3 years. Does anyone know if these are older also, or just some of the newer cars?

I know we have a few of these pieces but I have no clue when they were purchased. I guess I will have to call and try to get them replaced.

I have 9 things so far!!! I haven't checked the toy box at my parents house yet, I'm pretty sure there is a red cabboose over there!!

This really makes me angry!! These trains are expensive, and soooooo many kids love them, its sad that this company is to ignorant to check the paint for lead before they use it & sell it!!! grrrrr!!!

The website say's that we'll get a free gift with our repacement trains, I wonder what it is!!

I'm just baffled that they still MAKE lead paint! I know they didn't include them but we have a bunch of the little painted wooden trains that came with the videos. I'm wondering if I should take them away just to be safe, does anyone else have these?

We do not have very many of the wooden ones, but the metal ones...we have a ton. I only have one so far of the wooden trains. I still need to go through the toys again to double check.

I don't understand how any childrens toys could get painted with lead paint with out them realizing it. Crazy!! We have three of them in a brand new set I just bought. The set is for my daughters birthday in July. Luckily she has not played with them but, now she will get a train set with no cars in it if they are not replaced in time. I may have to go buy a couple of wooden cars to put in the set.
