I thought this would be a great subject starter! What have you noticed lately about products? For instance, have you noticed that no matter what brand of laundry detergent you use , it doesn't seem to get the stains out of the shirts??

I use Tide and it gets 99% of the stains out. The only thing I have had to pretreat is tomato sauce and melted butter. I also use Borax as a booster.

That a 'half gallon' container of ice cream is actually 1.75 quarts.

That Kraft Mac n Cheese boxes are fewer ounces if you buy a 'character' style, but they are the same price as the non-character type.

That there is much more sauce in character Spaghetti-O's than the non-character variety.

That clothes detergent bottles are getting smaller and the liquid inside more concentrated. I wonder how many people will continue to use the same amount.

Actually, diapers, cereal and detergent have been doing that, and I'm getting surveys from the companies asking me if I've noticed. Yep, and yours is the first one I'm dropping from my shopping list. Of course, the survey doesn't let me say that, but their consumer websites do!

I noticed that to. I tell you what it's rediculous that you pay as much
as you do for stuff and they try to rip you off by trying to make it cheaper.
But I tell you what I do and it saves me a bunch. I use Gain detergent and
Clorox liquid bleach for colors and I only use about a 1/4 of a cup were
as it calls for a whole cup per load and my cloth's come out just as clean
as if I used the regular amount. As a matter of fact they seem cleaner because
they don't seem to have a build up on them. Sorry I went on so long but I didn't
know if anyonelse does this. Thanks.

I've noticed that every day something is "NEW AND IMPROVED" dose that meen that yesterdays product we used was "OLD AND CRAPPY"? Humm....

Also, I would like to know WHY douch comes in MUSK scent? Isnt that what you try to get rid of????

I have this problem with bleach no matter whose it is.. I wonder why I buy it. Its doesn't get my ds's socks clean(white again).

That is sooo funny!!!!

Well here is what I noticed.. Things today are made to break *ie my freaking hand mixer* so you have to go and buy a new one once there warranty is run out or you have lost the paper work!!!!! Totally!!! Junk is made, so companies keep getting your money!!!

I have totally noticed these three. I shop while DD is in school or at her grandmothers so I don't even have pressure to buy the character stuff anymore.

I only use about 1/4 what the detergent bottle calls for.
