Hello ladies!!

I have one of the older exersaucers that do not have any of the toys on it. I bought it about 11 years ago and have kept it in great shape because I have used it for all of my kids. I have finally resigned myself to sell it. It is the one that does not have any toys on it. I had to search and search for it when I was looking because they were discontinuing that version. I really liked it because you could give the babies snacks and it would clean up easily without all the toys getting in the way, making it hard to clean.

Here is my question... Do I put it on ebay? Boxing it and shipping it would be a pain. Do you all have any suggestions as to how I should sell it. I would like to get about $20 for it.
Thanks in advance!

I would put an ad in your local newspaper.......but, $20 for an 11 year old exersaucer with no toys sounds REALLY expensive... n my soapbox:

Yeah I hate to tell ya but $20 for a 11 year old one is pretty steep. I just went to a baby shower and the one my friend registered for with all the gadgets was only $45 for a brand new one and it had so many different little do dads. If you do want to sell it try a childrends consignment store or like someone else said and add in the newspaper.

I'd put it on Craigslist, and maybe package it w/something else.

Actually, I'd consider donating it to a child care center, or a women's shelter. I bet they would LOVE to have it. And, you may be able to use it as a write off on your taxes. Not so sure that you would get $20 selling it. (Or, try it on Craig's list first & if it doesn't sell, then donate it?)

I got one that was almost brand new, and definitely in new condition with all the bells and whistles for $30....So you may want to rethink the price. I agree with previous posters that you may want to package it with something else or donate it to a worthy cause.

If you want to make a profit though, I would put it up on Craigslist. Maybe use crafty wording like "vintage" and try to really sell everyone on fact that it has no toys. Highlight that it is a rarity.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

I had a similar one... about 7 years old, and donated it to a daycare. It's been used by a million babies now, and I dont think I could have made money off of it anyway.

Since they are now rare and unable to get anymore, my husband has decided to keep it around for family members to use and such. I did not want all the bells and whistles when I bought it and paid an EXORBANT price for it to get it because it had none of the toys. Cleanup was much easier and I prefered it. Thanks for all the suggestions!
