I was trying to do a smaller version of this using a planner and cc inserts. The cc inserts aren't as big as baseball cards. I think I will have to keep to the 3 ring binder. I use a zippered version and have scissor/calc/pen/paper in there also.

I bought mine at Target. It's a heavy duty plastic. Depending on how much couponing and rebating you do, my mom used to use a shoe box and just kept everything together. I like mine because I can fit it on my purse or diaper bag and always have it with me.

Also, I just picked up one at the Dollar store just to have on hand, but I'm thinking of using that one for my receipts.

I saw a lady coming into the grocery as I was going out the other day that had a Hefty trash bag box! It looked really well organized, she had index dividers in it and her list and a pen, but no lid! I thought, knowing how clumsy I can be, one wrong move & I'd be picking up coupons from all over the store when that box fell off of my cart!

I have one I got from Current that has a shopping list/pad in the back of it. It's not really big, but I know I don't coupon nearly the way some of you do, so it suits my needs.
