ive never had a problem with the old luvs (never tried the new), and luvs coupons are easy to come by. with my oldest two babies, they were all i used. now it's pampers, but that's just because it's what dd came home in, and i am not a stickler for change lol.

but it's good to know that now more people can get wears for their babies out of them. i personally always thought they were a great diaper myself.

I tried the old luvs and hated them b/c they leaked. If they are like the Pampers cruisers as some has said then I will have to give them a try.

I haven't tried the new Luvs (Riley is finally out of diapers! Amen!!! ) but I hated the old Luvs.

I had only used Pampers because at one of my baby showers, everyone brought a bag of Pampers along with their gifts. I had no idea how wonderful they were until I ran out and went out and bought Luvs. If I had wrapped my babies bottom in tissue wrap, it would have absorbed better. Ugh. I complained online and the company sent me a coupon for a new box. It was just as bad. I gave away all of mine on Freecycle.

I have used Luvs for years and just bought a package of the new Luvs last week. My daughter has done fine with them so far, but today when I changed my son after his nap he had a HORRIBLE rash on his hips. I wouldn't have even thought about it being from the diapers unless I had read about the rashes on this thread. I fortunately had just bought a box of off brand diapers to try them out so I put one of those on him and when I changed him again, there was already an improvement. I am pretty sure it was the Luvs. Just wanted to share my experience and thank you all for the heads up.

I have tried quite a few brands including Luvs in various sizes always hoping they improved with diff sizes. But I have returned to Cruisers. The Luvs are not as soft as the Crusiers and have never had leaks even through the night and with Luvs sometimes I would and sometimes I wouldent So I would rather be safe and stick with Pampers. And you get the bonus of the points to get other stuff. I am a sucker for free stuff But give them a try they work for some people and you always have the Leakguard Guarentee to back you up.
