I called Pampers with the same problem. They suggested me getting the "better" Pampers, AKA more expensive. So, they sent me LOTS of coupons for FREE Pampers. I bought the more expensive ones with them and did not have the problem anymore. I like Kirkland, which is Costco's brand and the more expensive Huggies too! Thank goodness, we are ALMOST DONE WITH DIAPERS!!!!!

When my first son was born, I was given lots of different brands of diapers. He leaked with Pampers every time. I ended up taking the unopened packages to Walmart, to trade in for something else. Luckily, we have no problems with store brand diapers. I know that every kid pees differently, though.

I think you probably just got a bad batch. I tried to use Pampers exclusively with DD and never had a problem. I would email them and follow up with a call. I bet they will send you a bunch of coupons.

I've never had a problem with pampers, in fact I just switched dd back to pampers from luvs because she was getting such bad diaper rash (suggestion of ped) and no more diaper rash. However with ds I had trouble with huggies a couple times and I called them (they always wanted the number on the package) but they always sent me free coupons to replace the pack and other coupons for a few dollars off

pampers is GREAT for sending out coupons. my daughter only wears pampers--that's IT. i am a person that will stop using a product because of bad customer service. i'd rather spend more for great service then less for shoddy service. it's the principle to me.

with that being said, pampers will definitely send out coupons to make up for the mess! i remember about a year ago i brought a package and half of them had NO tabs to stick the diapers together. i was so upset that i spent about 25.00 on that box, i emailed pampers and they sent me some super (and i mean they were GREAT) coupons for pampers. i basically paid less than 10.00 for another box, and then got coupons for like 5 and 6 bucks off my next box, etc.

again, they have great customer service, so they are worth the shot. hopefully they'll straighten this out for you.

oh, and yup...pampers does great to eliminate diaper rash. my daughter is 18 months and has never worn another diaper besides pampers. they are great.

They emailed me giving me a bunch of crap about the absorbancy and how he might need more absorbancy even though hes not ready size wise. So they want me to move him up again? yeah right He's not gonna wear 5's. I had a bad batch I am sure. So they were like I hope you try pampers again with the coupon we send you. I had to buy diapers yesterday cause I had two left and I am stranded in Alanta thanks to that lovely *yeah right* airline. That is a whole other story I will tell you all when I have time and I get my cable crap all hooked up.

About a month ago I had bought the big box of size 4 Cruisers and one of the diapers was half missing no tab or wing the tab was supposed to be on. And on my other box( Since I stocked up) there was supposed to be Gerber coupons inside, none to be found. So I e-mailed Pampers and they sent me 2 10.00 off Coupons. They really do have great customer service, every company has a few kinks in there products. ButI would be furious to about the Crystals I will keep an eye out for that with mine.

I understand that it occasionally happens but I thought it would be just on his skin but no There were CLUMPS of the crystals in his play pen. I wasn't too happy. It was such a pain I am just glad i noticed cause my son puts everything in his mouth and even though they are supposeded to be nontoxic I still dont want him eating them.

I had this problem with Pampers Baby Dry. We always used Cruisers, and my DH was nice enough to go buy diapers, he got Baby Dry. They leaked everytime he wore one, when we ran out we got the Cruisers again and have no problems!

I like cruisers better than baby dry because of the netting like in the swaddlers. The only crappy thing is you don't get as many in a pack. I might switch to cruisers i dunno. lol
