Another reason i love Leapster! I bought my middle daughter her own L-max for xmas this year, yesterday it STOPPED working?!?! out of the blue!! changed the batteries and everything NOTHING....I called Leapfrog today just to see if it was a normal thing or what, and they offered a replacement all i have to do is mail it back (i pay for postage ) and I will get another one!! very cool..... My oldest has had hers now since she was 3 and shes getting ready to be 6 and that has seen the floor more than once and still works great
