Bonniebelle38My name is Bonnie, I'm a married SAHM to 1 ds and 1 large dog! I live in Louisville, Ohio. Other than spending time with my family and friends I enjoy surfing the internet, bargain shopping, reading, watching TV & going to tractor pulls with my ds & dh.

I have been a member of MS for at least 4 years. I really like all of the ladies here, most everyone is very supportive of each other, and I enjoy hearing all of the great advice and different opinions.

I save money by not only having a yard sale once a year, but by taking my family's clothes to my local consignment shop. I also use as many coupons as I can when I grocery shop.

desertmom Hi. I'm Carol, SAHM mom to two in Arizona. My son is 7 and my little diva is 2. She's my "child of many facets". Happy, warm and fun one second and throwing a screaming tantrum the next. Fortunately, the sweet child emerges more than the devil child. In other words, a typical two year old. My 7 year old is a child with mild Aspergers. He looks and seems typical when you meet him, and is a very sweet little guy. He is what led me to moderate in the Special Needs forum. DH and I will be married 25 years in Nov. '07.

Before becoming a mommy, I was a buyer in the computer and office industry. In other words, I got to spend other people's money, anywhere from $10,000 to over $100 million per month. Needless to say, my budget was cut waaaay back when I left. When I found Mommysavers, I was thrilled to find ways to save money and to find some great friends. One of my favorite ways to save money is simply to stay home. I do that a little too much, however, and it's great to communicate with the outside world via Mommysavers. I have found so many ways to save money on Mommysavers, but also to spend money wisely! To me, frugality is more about having a happy life, being content with what we have, along with achievable goals, than running on the hamster wheel keeping up with what the media likes to sell as a happy life.
