What ever happened to OB tampons with the applicators? OB is the best protection for women with heavy flow, I just can't use a tampon with no applicator. Up until a couple of years ago they offered a product with an applicator, then all of a sudden I couldn't find them anymore.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if they are available anywhere. I am in the Southeast and they are nowhere to be found.

We still have them here in CT ... gentle glide. I didn't even know they would sell without one!!! Did you check their website?? I hope they aren't discontinuing.. OMG... interesting

They had an "ultra" I think it was called that I used to use by them. It was better than super plus. I too needed an applicator and I know they stopped making that size. They were the only thing that got me through. I still saw the applicator OB's, just not my size.
Call the company, I did and that is how I found out they stopped making the XXX strong ones.

When we were in Germany a couple years ago, I didn't pack enough tampons. The only ones I could find in any of the stores didn't have applicators. So annoying, lol.

Seriously, who's bright idea was it to make tampons without applicators? I used OB without the app when I first started using tampons, but that was in like 7th grade and I just used them at schoool because they fit into my pocket. They're such a pain in the butt!!!!

I actually wrote to OB about 2 years ago b/c I couldn't find the ones without the applicator on the shelf and at that time I was told they were discontinuing them b/c they weren't selling well. I did get a few coupons for free reg OB in the mail...big whoop...I prefer OB tampons and MUCH preferred them with the applicator. They lost me to Playtex sport.

I believe the tampon without applicator has been the best invention ever! its very small, fits anywhere, and is great for the environment!!! do u have any idea how much plastic we save.
